As part of TU Dresden’s botanical collections, the park showcases diverse trees and woods from around the world — and now they are blossoming and developing leaves again.

Join us for a relaxing walk through the historic part of the park, explore fascinating tree species and soak up the atmosphere of spring just a short train ride from Dresden.

📌 Meeting Point: 10:05 at train station Tharandt

🚆 Train Suggestion:
Take train RE3 towards Freiberg at 09:34 from Dresden-Neustadt / 09:48 from Dresden-Plauen to get to the meeting point in Tharandt. Note that the train does not stop at Dresden main station due to construction works!

🥾 We will walk around 4 km and spend 2-3 hours in Tharandt.
