Dear mountain-lovers and hiking cracks!
MESA is planning to do another hiking trip. It doesn’t matter if you’re an experienced hiker or if you’re from Northern Germany and think the Nockerberg is quite a high mountain.

🤔 WHAT DOES THE TRIP LOOK LIKE?
On Sunday 25th October we will take the train from Munich central station to Geitau (RB55 to Bayrischzell). From there we‘ll go to the Kesselalm (1293 m) in about 1,5 hours. The mountain shelter will be open if the weather is good, but you can also bring your own food and eat it outside of the hut. This mountain shelter could only take cash so please remember to bring some. The hike will take about 3 hours and is also doable for beginners. So don’t hesitate and join us!

🤔WHEN DO WE RETURN?
We’ll be back in Munich around 5.30pm.
🌧️Depending on the weather conditions, we might have to cancel the event! Make sure to check Telegram and Instagram for updates on this trip
🎒 WHAT TO BRING?

good shoes (at least appopriate trainers, or better hiking boots)!!!!
a waterproof jacket and warm clothes (even if the weather forecast is good, the weather can change very fast in the mountains)

-sun cream
-a small backpack
-2 litres of water or other unalcoholic drinks

food for lunch
a good mood and love for nature (please don’t leave your trash in the mountains, always carry it down by yourself)
Cash for the shelter (they don’t take card)
