Dear Internationals,
join us on our next hiking trip to the beautiful Breitenstein!

Because of the bad weather on Sunday, we are moving the hike to Saturday! Hopefully, many of you can still join.

So on Saturday morning, we’ll take the train (RB55) from Munich Central Station (Platform 34) to Geitau. From there, we’ll start our hike to the Kesselalm (1300 hm), where we will have lunch. If you want, you can also bring your own food and consume it outside of the mountain shelter. Due to time restraints, we will not do the whole trip up to the Breitenstein, but from a little chapel next to the kessel alm you will also have a very nice alpine panorama! We aim to be back in munich around 5 pm.

- Duration: ~4 hours
- Distance: 10 km
- Elevation gain: 600 m
- Difficulty: Moderate (reasonable fitness required)

🚨 WHAT TO BRING?
- Hiking boots (or shoes with a good profile)
- Waterproof jacket (weather can change quickly)
- Sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses)
- At least 2 liters of water & snacks
- Cash (if you want to buy food at the shelter)

We will be back in Munich around 7:00 p.m.
