Exploring Kiel by Bike Aug. 27th, 2020

Where? Ferry Port Dietrichsdorf.

What to bring? Your bike, sunscreen, your towel, your Picknick (unfortunately everybody has to bring food for their own since we are not allowed to make a pick buffet), a rain jacket, and whatever else you’d like to bring to the beach!

Let´s explore the beautiful eastcoast of Kiel! We are planning a bike tour starting in Dietrichsdorf, riding along the coast up to the beach in Stein. It will take us around one hour to get there and there are two nasty hills on our way - but we will be rewarded with amazing views of the Kieler Förde and a very nice and peaceful landscape. In Stein you can go for a swim, rent a SUP board, have a picknick, chat and chill out... whatever you like! It´s a beautiful beach and very quiet so definitely worth a visit. We will stay there for about 1-2 hours depending on the weather and the activities you want to do. Feel free to stay longer on your own if you feel like it or return with us!

If you want to come please book a free ticket via Pretix since only a limited number of people are allowed to participate. Also please note: this activity depends on good weather! If the forecast is bad and it´s going to be rainy all day we will have to reschedule.

Lust, die wunderschöne Ostküste von Kiel zu entdecken? Wir planen eine Fahrradtour, die von Dietrichtsdorf aus entlang der Küste bis zum Strand nach Stein führt. Die Strecke dauert ungefähr eine Stunde und es gibt zwei wirklich gemeine Berge auf der Strecke, aber wir werden belohnt mit traumhaften Blicken auf die Förde und einer idyllischen Landschaft. Vor Ort gibts die Möglichkeiten schwimmen zu gehen, sich ein SUP auszuleihen, ein Picknick zu machen oder einfach zu quatschen und zu entspannen...ganz nach Belieben! Der Strand ist wunderschön und es lohnt sich defintiv, dort mal vorbeizuschauen. :relaxed: wir werden etwa 1-2 Stunden vor Ort bleiben, je nach Wetter und Aktivitäten. Wer noch länger auf eigene Faust in Stein bleiben möchte, kann dies gerne tun! Alle anderen können mit uns wieder zurück nach Dietrichsdorf radeln.

Wenn du Lust hast dabei zu sein, dann buch ein kostenloses Ticket über Pretix, da wir nur eine limitierte Anzahl an Leuten mitnehmen dürfen. Und nicht zu vergessen: das Event hängt vom Wetter ab! Bei schlechter Voraussage und 24h-Regen werden wir das Event verschieben.
