Why do you need an ESNcard?

As an ESNcard holder, you are an official member of the Erasmus Student Network. You get many discounts in various cities and countries in Europe. There are different (mostly financial) benefits for you from the local, national and international partners of ESN. The card is valid for 12 months from the date of signature and is only valid if it contains your picture and legal name. Please note that the card you have purchased is only valid for you and may only be used by you.

Who can get an ESNcard?

You can obtain an ESNcard if you belong to one of those groups:

• Erasmus+ students
• Erasmus+ trainees
• Erasmus+ International incoming students
• International incoming students or trainees on a mobility programme, other than Erasmus+
• International undergraduate or postgraduate full degree students
• EVS participants
• ESNers: either active on the Local, National or International Level. They are all members of a section.
• ESN Alumni of ESN Hannover

How do you get your ESNcard?
1. Purchase your ESNcard online via Pretix. Provide an Email address, proof of Eligibility (e.g. Certificate of Enrollment one of Hannovers Universities)
2. We check your eligibility and send you a confirmation per Mail.
3. We prep your ESNcard. You will get a confirmation Email once your ESNcard is ready.
4. Pick up your ESNcard at the Stammtisch. Please bring your student ID/proof of eligibility (+ a passport size photo - recommended).
Stammtisch takes place every Wednesday from 8 PM to 10 PM at Hannomacke (Königsworther Pl. 1, 30167 Hannover).
5.Activate your ESNcard at ESNcard.org to get the discounts.
