Ready to escape the city for a day and soak in the autumn countryside? 🌤️
Join us for a scenic hike through Freyburg, one of Saxony-Anhalt’s most charming wine regions! Our 10 km route is perfect for beginners — an easy riverside trail along the Unstrut River, surrounded by vineyards, cozy hills, and golden autumn colors.

We’ll take the train from Halle (Saale) main station at 11:24, so please meet us at 11:00 at the station. We’ll arrive in Freyburg at 12:19, ready to begin our relaxed countryside adventure!
The hike will take about 2–3 hours, with plenty of time to enjoy the wine hills, take photos, and chat along the way.

After completing the loop, those who’d like to head back early can take the train at 15:34, while the rest of us will continue up to Neuenburg Castle — a stunning historic spot with panoramic views over the valley. 🏰
We’ll then take the return train at 16:34.
