ESN Halle Yoga Morning

Dear international students!

Take a deep breath and start your day with calm, movement, and positive energy. On 18 January 2026 at 10:00 AM, we’re inviting you to a relaxing Yoga Morning at the Unisport Zentrum — the perfect way to slow down, recharge, and reconnect before the Erasmus semester winds down or the exam phase begins.

This session is open to everyone, especially beginners. No prior yoga experience is needed at all — just come as you are. The focus will be on gentle movement, breathing, and mindfulness, helping you release stress and set a positive tone for the weeks ahead.

To make the experience even cozier, yoga mats will be provided, and we’ll finish with a warm cup of tea, giving you a quiet moment to relax and enjoy the calm together. Whether you’re looking for a mindful pause, a fresh start to your morning, or simply a new way to take care of yourself, this yoga session is the perfect reset.
