Dear participant,

thank you for wanting to join the volleyball team of ESN Germany at the International Erasmus Games in Porto from May 28 to May 31!

The participation fee of 150€ covers the following aspects of our trip:
- Hostel accomodation
- Meals
- Participation in the tournament

Please complete the payment until Monday, April 20, 23:59. Afterwards name changes will still be possible for roughly 1 week. The exact day until it's possible depends on when we need to need to name the final participants towards the Organising Committee. As i was told this will happen via a form that you have to fill out and it will be sent within the next 2 weeks. I will forward it to you via WhatsApp and/or mail once it's available.
