Want to start your day with some movement, fresh air and good company? Then join us for our easy-paced community run through Frankfurt! 🙌🏻

This is not about speed or performance — the goal is to enjoy a relaxed run together where everyone can comfortably keep a conversation going. Whether you run regularly or just want to get active and meet new people, everyone is welcome! 😊

We’ll start with a short stretching session before heading out for a 6 km easy run at a conversational pace. Afterwards, we’ll finish the morning together at Elaine's Deli near Willy-Brandt-Platz, where you can grab a coffee, sandwich, or snack and hang out with the group ☕🥪
