It is more than just a traditional museum. In 1912 founded, it gets on as a place which brings up a forum for discussion, open to everyone who is interested in the cultural, social and scientific revolutions taking place in our society at the beginning of the 21st century.
The museum consists of different exhibition forms. We will explore the permanent exhibition which displays countless objects from the museum's extensive collection, such as the "transparent man".
The German Hygiene Museum offers a big exhibition all about life and the human body. The museum will take you through the 7 big topics of "The human adventure" - The "transparent man", Living & Dying, Eating & Drinking, Sexuality, Thinking, Motion and Beauty.
