Join us for a unique journey through the beautiful Riddagshausen Nature Reserve, one of the most important and largest conservation areas in the region 🌿🦆
This tour combines German culture, centuries-old history, and the modern harmony between humans and nature. Together, we will explore the historic landscape of Riddagshausen, originally shaped by Cistercian monks more than 800 years ago and today known for its rich biodiversity and protected lakes and wetlands.
During the tour, we will visit several exciting stops, including:
⛪ the historic monastery church
🦉 an interactive exhibition about the nature reserve
🌅 a birdwatching tower with beautiful views over the lakes
🌳 and many more hidden spots throughout the reserve
The tour will be guided by a professional ranger, who will share fascinating insights about the wildlife, history, and ecological importance of the area.
To finish the experience, we will relax together at a traditional German cultural restaurant with coffee, tea, and authentic Flammkuchen ☕🥨
All proceeds from the ticket sales will be donated to the Riddagshausen Nature Conservation Association to support the protection and preservation of this unique natural area 💚

Diese Tour verbindet deutsche Kultur, jahrhundertealte Geschichte und den modernen Einklang zwischen Mensch und Natur. Gemeinsam entdecken wir die historische Landschaft Riddagshausens, die bereits vor über 800 Jahren von Zisterziensermönchen geprägt wurde und heute für ihre beeindruckende Artenvielfalt sowie ihre geschützten Seen- und Feuchtgebiete bekannt ist.
Während der Tour besuchen wir viele spannende Orte, darunter:
⛪ die historische Klosterkirche
🦉 eine interaktive Ausstellung über das Naturschutzgebiet
🌅 einen Vogelbeobachtungsturm mit wunderschönem Blick über die Seen
🌳 und viele weitere versteckte Orte innerhalb des Reservats
Geführt wird die Tour von einem professionellen Ranger, der spannende Einblicke in die Tierwelt, Geschichte und ökologische Bedeutung des Gebietes geben wird.
Zum Abschluss lassen wir den Tag gemeinsam in einer traditionellen deutschen Gaststätte bei Kaffee, Tee und originalem Flammkuchen ausklingen ☕🥨
Alle Einnahmen aus den Ticketverkäufen werden an den Naturschutzverein Riddagshausen gespendet, um den Schutz und Erhalt dieses einzigartigen Naturgebietes zu unterstützen 💚

A refund is possible until 36h before the event begins! Holding a valid ticket and not attending the event, will result in a temporary ban after several incidents.
