I did not get a confirmation email with my ticket.
It may happen that your confirmation email is not send due to a technical error. You can find your ticket by logging into your account (top right of the page or at https://tickets.esn-germany.de/esntudresden/account/login) or, if you do not have an account yet, by creating an account with the same email address you used when purchasing your ticket.
Where can I get the ESNcard?
Check out https://esn-dresden.de/esncard. Note that we do not sell ESNcards at all of our events, so make sure to get one before the event if you want to buy a ticket with ESNcard discount (you will need to show the card together with your ticket at the event).
