Do you consider yourself a food enthusiast? Does your idea of a great evening involve good company, shared homemade dishes, and the joy of discovering diverse flavors? If so, the ESN Running Dinner might be perfect for you! 🌐🍴

Get together with a friend and form a kitchen duo. Each team will be matched with two other teams, creating a group of six.
Only one of you needs to book a ticket. During the checkout you will have the option to enter your partners name so you are both registered. If you don’t have a partner yet, you can state that in the checkout as well and we will try to assign you one.

Dishes: Each team is responsible for one dish – whether it’s a national specialty or a personal favorite, the choice is yours!
Kitchen Swap: Team will move to other teams’ kitchens for each dish. Please make sure there’s enough space for six people in your kitchen!

Deposit: As a running dinner requires a certain amount of organisation for both the planning team and the hosts during the evening, spontaneous cancellations are not welcome. We therefore ask for a deposit of €10 per team, which will be returned to you by the end of January.
Please note: You can only pay via PayPal (finance@esn-stuttgart.de). If you do not have PayPal, please ask someone who does. When you transfer the money, please use a food emoji and your name as the subject of the payment.
Please send a group photo with names during the evening so you can get your deposit back.

Important:
For organizational purposes, we need your address including your flat share (WG) number (if there is one).
Your telephone number will help the other two teams to contact you. This allows everyone to exchange information about what your team would like to cook as well as your allergies and food preferences (vegan, vegetarian, halal, …).
We cannot guarantee that the other teams will take your allergies and food preferences fully into account. However, we ask each team to respect the preferences of the other team members.
