We're going on a Hike! 🥾🌲
Join us for an exciting hike to the famous Drachenfels! 🐉🌄 We'll be taking a journey up this legendary hill in Königswinter, near Bonn, and enjoy breathtaking views of the Rhine River along the way. If the weather allows, we'll spend some chill time at the top, so feel free to bring your own food, drinks, picnic blanket, card games, and whatever else you'd like for a fun day out.
Our meeting point will be at Siegen ZOB at 8:50 am sharp, from where we'll travel together to Königswinter. There we'll meet people from other sections including Düsseldorf, Dortmund, and Bonn. Make sure to bring proper footwear, as the hike involves some uphill walking, and don’t forget enough water to stay hydrated! The hike to the top will take around 1.5-2 hours. After-hiking activities: Depending on the weather, we either go to the Hofgarten in Bonn or the legendary Bonner Altstadt. Either way, food and drinks are close by! If the weather does not allow it, we can return together in the late afternoon, but you’re also welcome to head back on your own if you prefer.
