Come join us to do some mindfulness meditation to reenergize your mind and body with two distinct yet complementary practices in the realm of yoga and meditation.
What we offer?
Vipassana Meditation:
Vipassana, meaning "to see things as they really are," is an ancient form of meditation that focuses on deep interconnection between mind and body. This mindfulness leads to increased awareness, self-control, and peace.
Pranayama:
Pranayama is the art of breath control in yoga. It involves various techniques of regulating and controlling the breath, which is believed to be the source of one's prana, or vital life force.
Together, Vipassana and Pranayama form a holistic approach to mental and physical well-being.

Please bring a yoga mat or a towel to sit on.
