Vinyasa Yoga Class
Vinyasa Yoga is a modern, dynamic style of yoga designed to help you stay balanced, boost your energy, and cultivate mindfulness. The word Yoga is derived from the root Yoj, meaning "to join" or "to connect." In this class, we will connect with others and with ourselves, taking time off to have fun and try something new.
What to Expect from the Class:
• A warm-up to prepare your body.
• A flowing sequence that connects breath with motion, building strength and vitality.
• A soothing Cool-down and final relaxation to close the session.
This class is open to everyone—beginners and experienced practitioners alike. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga!

-a yoga mat or a towel (if you have no other mat)
