Dear adventure lovers and snow enthusiasts,

MESA is planning an exciting sledding trip with you! 😎 On Sunday morning, we’ll take a regional train from Munich Central Station to Bad Tölz. From there, a short bus ride will bring us to the Blomberg area—where the winter fun begins! 🥳
At the bottom, we will rent our sleds and then hike up the easy winter trail to the Blomberghaus (about 1.5–2 hours). Be prepared to carry your sled! 🛷
At the top, we can warm up with hot chocolate, coffee, or traditional Bavarian snacks before enjoying the long Blomberg toboggan run all the way back down. ☕

Please note: The sled rental at Blomberg costs 25€ total—8€ rental fee plus a deposit, which you’ll get back when you return the sled.
Also, while the hike is easy, you should still feel comfortable walking on winter trails.

🎒 WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
• Waterproof and warm winter shoes with good grip
• Warm jacket & gloves (you will get snowy!)
• Hat or headband
• A small backpack
• Water and snacks for the break
• Money for sled rental and drinks/food at the shelter
• A good mood and love for winter fun
Please remember: Don’t leave any trash in nature!

🤔 WHEN DO WE RETURN?
We plan to take the train back to Munich around 5 p.m., arriving at approximately 6 p.m.
