Dear mountain-lovers and nature enthusiasts!

MESA is organizing another wonderful hiking trip — this time to the breathtaking Leutaschklamm (Leutasch Gorge) near Mittenwald!
We’ll meet at Munich Central Station at 8:40 am, and take the train together to Mittenwald, where our adventure begins. The hike will lead us through the spectacular Leutasch Gorge, a magical canyon with turquoise waters, narrow bridges, and waterfalls — a perfect mix of nature and excitement!
The hike will take around 2.5 hours total, including time to enjoy the gorge, take photos, and have a snack break. After the hike, we’ll have the chance to relax in Mittenwald before catching the train back to Munich.

🎒 WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
- Good walking or hiking shoes (the gorge paths can be slippery!)
- A waterproof jacket (in case of rain and the gorge can be damp and cool)
- Sun cream (always wear your SPS)
- A small backpack
- Snacks and drinks (no shops inside the gorge)
- Cash (for ticketsw or drink in Mittenwald)
- A good mood and respect for nature — please take your trash with you!

🤔 WHEN DO WE RETURN?
We plan to take the train back around 5 pm, arriving in Munich around 6 pm.
