Did you ever wonder why people choose Munich to do their Erasmus there?
Did you ever wonder why to live in a city next to the mountains?
Did you ever wonder why there are so many sport shops in the Munich city centre and what they are for?
Now you have the chance to find it out!

Come with us to the Sudelfeld, a Bavarian mountain valley close to the Austrian border!
The Sudelfeld contains one of the biggest skiing areas in Germany, and it's the perfect place for an unforgettable weekend in the snow. No matter if you´re already a professional skier or you have never done it in your life, you`re right here as the Sudelfeld offers slopes for all levels.
Of course, there will also be the possibility to do a ski course for beginners, but also for advanced skiers, if you want to. Furthermore, you won’t need to buy complete skiing equipment, but you’ll be able to rent it directly at the train station in Bayrischzell.
For those of you, who don’t want to go skiing/snowboarding at all or just for one day, we’ll organize some special program, which will contain a little bit of hiking and playing in the snow.

Last but not least, there will be a lot of free time together during breakfast, dinner and après ski, where we’ll be able to get to know each other! 🍻

Included in the price are:
2x nights at the hostel Jugendherberge Sudelfeld with breakfast and dinner, walking distance to the ski area

Not included in the price are:

1. Transport
   The transport by train and bus, which is free anyway for those of you who have a Deutschlandticket.

2. Skipasses
   Either: 46,00 € for one day (with Student-ID), 88,00€ for Saturday and Sunday (with Student-ID) or 109€ from Friday 12am till Sunday evening. (with Student-ID)

3. Ski renting
   To rent ski gear (boots, poles, skis) it is about 45€ for one day, about 65€ for two days and about 80€ for three days. For the snowboarders (boots, snowboard) it is similar. The reservations for rental equipment will be done online, and you get the info upon confirmation.

4. Ski courses
   You’ll get the info for the ski courses as soon as you’ve secured your spot. There are two options for you to book yourself online.

5. Lunch
   There is the possibility to buy a lunch package at the hostel (8€) or to buy food at the mountain shelters
