1) By accepting this clause, I certify that I understand and agree that, during the event, pictures and/or videos of me can be taken. I understand and agree that these pictures might be put online (social media, website, newsletter,…) and be used by affiliated organizations of the Erasmus Student Network to serve communication, and only non-commercial, purpose.
If you do not want to appear in pictures and/or video, approach one of the members of ESN Kiel as early as possible.

2) By accepting this clause, I certify that I understand and agree that the travel facilitator, ESN Kiel, does not assume any liability for any injuries or damage caused by myself and that I have to pay and/or reimburse for any cost relating or arising out of damages incurred by myself. I understand and agree that I participate and use the transportation at my own risk.

3) By accepting this clause, I certify to abide by the rules of the transport company and/or the ones stated by the travel facilitator, ESN Kiel, or its representatives. I understand and agree that the transport company and/or ESN Kiel can exclude me from the mean of transportation in case my behavior is inappropriate, disrespectful and/or dangerous toward others. In such case, I understand and agree that my fee shall not be refund nor compensate in any way and that ESN Kiel assume no liability in this regard.

4) By accepting this clause, I understand and agree that travel costs will not be reimbursed in the event of a non-participation unless in the case of proven illness.
