Do you want to help make the International Orientation Phase an unforgettable experience? 🌍🚀
Join us as a tutor for the O-Phase (October 11–19th, 2025) and welcome incoming students from all over the world to Karlsruhe!

📅 Important Dates

Tutor Meetings:

• 🗓️ 1st Meeting: September 01st 7.30pm
• 🗓️ 2nd Meeting: September 22nd 7.30pm
• 🗓️ 3rd Meeting: October 6th 7.30pm

🎉 Tutor Kick-Off Event: October 3rd

🎭 Your Role as a Tutor

There are two ways to get involved:

👥 Group Tutor

• Be part of a team of ~10 tutors leading a group of ~25 incoming students.
• You should be available for most of the O-Phase week.

🎪 Event Tutor

• Help organize one of the events during the week.
• You’ll work with an experienced ESN tutor for support.
• You're welcome to join other O-Phase events, too!
