ESN Landau invites you to the next hiking adventure on Thursday, 30th May (bank holiday!) – rain or shine :)
Destination: the Heiligenberg close to Heidelberg
Meeting point: 12:50 at main station Karlsruhe
14:00 arrival in Heidelberg-Altstadt → start of our tour 🥳🥳
We´ll partly go along the Philosophers Path and have a nice view of Heidelberg´s castle, pass observation towers and other mystical places. Afer the hike we´ll still have time to discover Heidelberg, so we could add a little bonus to our tour and climb up to the castle. :)
The Hike will be roughly 8km with about 40 m altitude.
We can always take a break for a picnic or to sit down and enjoy the scenery.
What to bring:
Essentials:
💧 stay hydrated → Water (min. 1 Liter) :)
🥪🥗🍎 Food for the hike (for example prepare sandwiches or a salad-box)
🥾 comfortable Shoes
🏖 appropriate clothing (as always 🤔)
😎 sunglasses, cap, sun-cream
Optional:
🍷 Drinks and food to share for our traditional hiking-banquet + a cup for the drinks
