Need some extra motivation to go running? Come join us for our regular sunday group run! The focus is on meeting new people, having fun and forming a small community to stay active together! 🫂

Details:
Depending on how many people we are, we'll have two groups (a more relaxed one for ~3.5km and another one for ~5km). We start at Hauptbahnhof and will finish at Planten un Blomen park, no experience needed, just bring your energy and a smile 🙂‍↕️ ✨️

Both groups will finish at a cheap kiosk/imbiss in the park, where we can buy some cheap drinks and food 🍟🧃
From there we can head to the lake and just relax in the park with our well earned treats! ☀️

This is a regular event and usually takes place every Sunday afternoon, we also have a whatsapp group for our little running community, feel free to join! 🫶
