Please find ESN Germany's official Code of Conduct here.

In case of cancellation:
As you may imagine, the accommodation is our greatest expense and reimbursement conditions for places we’ve booked in hostels, also impose conditions on us that we in turn, have to bring to effect in our reimbursement conditions. These are as follows:

Before 08.10.2025 45% reimbursement
After 08.10.2025 and before 06.11.2025 20% reimbursement
After the 06.11.2025 no reimbursement guarantee

In any case and especially for cancellations of less than 10% of your total tickets, send us a mail at ticket-changes@spreebreak.de for cancelling. We’ll try to find an individual solution and may be able to open a ticket-exchange pool.
