National Training Days | 30.09 – 02.11
Get ready for a weekend of learning, sharing, and fun with ESN volunteers from all over!

Arrival day: Thursday & Departure day: Sunday

Over two days we’ll have training sessions about interesting topics tailored to your needs. The first and last session of each day will be together with everyone while we offer two tracks for the sessions in between where you can choose the topic that interests you most.

Based on the needs of our sections, sessions will cover:

* Team Well-being & HR strategies
* Healthy Volunteering & Leadership
* Motivation & Volunteer Engagement
* Creative Events & Promotion
* Section Development
* Communication Skills
* Crisis Management
* Inclusivity in Events
* Recruiting
* Reflection & Evaluation
* Open Space (Session topic will be decided based on your wishes)

And of course, it’s not all about training. Expect a Halloween party, themed games, crafts, and a cozy bonfire night. Costumes are very welcome.
