Agenda

The official program of the NA will start at 10am on Friday and end around 2pm on Sunday, with Thursday being the arrival day. 

There are lovely social programs planned for the evenings.

• Thursday: Get-together at a bar
• Friday: Erasmus Party (alternatively relaxed evening)
• Saturday: Gala Dinner (with the Coronation of ESN Potsdams new mascot!)
• Sunday: Sightseeing Tour

Language / Inclusion

• Like all of our National Assemblies, the NA in Potsdam will be held in English, so you do not need to be able to speak German to participate. We aim to include everyone, therefore I highly encourage all of the participants to speak in English, also when you are in your peer group.

Spot Approval:

The spots will be distributed in the days after the registration closes, i.e. around 2nd of January.

Payment:

Once approved, your payment will happen via pretix. You are required to pay for your spot once it is allocated to you and you can also only cancel your spot till the 8th of January. Redistribution of spots in the case of non-payment is not guaranteed.

Transportation:

There will be the option to book a DB Veranstaltungsticket. With this ticket you can travel with an IC cheaper from any city to Potsdam. More infos will follow once the registration phase is over.

The OC wants you to keep in mind, that if you come from/ stay in Berlin do not underestimate the travel time to Potsdam!
