Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information with essential service providers for the purpose of the event, such as catering, hostels, or technical support, and will ensure they are contractually bound to protect your data. 

We would like to point out that there are security gaps in Internet-based data transmission, making complete protection against access by third parties impossible.
