Cancellation and Name Change Guidelines

* Full cancellation is possible until December 8th, 2025, 23:59 CEST.

* 50% cancellation is possible until January 5th, 2026, 23:59 CEST.

* No-accommodation tickets can be cancelled until January 5th, 2026, 23:59 CEST.

* Name changes are possible until January 5th, 2026, 23:59 CEST.

• Please note that name changes cannot be guaranteed.
• They are only possible if you find a replacement participant yourself.
• You are fully responsible for identifying and confirming the replacement.
• Any name change request must be submitted exclusively via this form

* Once your spot has been assigned (you will receive a message from Pretix), you are required to pay for it.

• The spot will not be cancelled automatically if you fail to pay. 
• If you fail to pay for your spot, we reserve the right to ask for a reminder fee.
• If you fail to pay for your spot after the second payment reminder has been issued, we reserve the right to contact your Local Section.
• To cancel your spot, you must actively contact ESN Germany before the deadline defined above.
