Agenda

The official program of the NA will start at 9am on Friday and end around 2pm on Sunday, with Thursday being the arrival day. 

There is a lovely social program planned for the evenings:

• Thursday: Chill get-together at a bar.
• Friday: Regional Dinner + Club night, or as an alternative, a board game night
• Saturday: Kiosk Crawl + Club, or as an alternative, another board game night

Language / Inclusion

Like all of our National Assemblies, the NA in Dortmund will be held in English, so you do not need to be able to speak German to participate. We aim to include everyone, therefore I highly encourage all of the participants to speak in English, also when you are in your peer group. 

Spot Approval

The spots will be distributed in the days after the registration closes, i.e. around the 6th of September.

Payment

Once approved, your payment will happen via Pretix. You are required to pay for your spot once it is allocated to you and you can only cancel your spot till the 10th of September. Redistribution of spots in the case of non-payment is not guaranteed.

You have time to pay for your spot until the 12th of September, 23:59 CEST.
