Cancellation and Name Change Guidelines

* Full cancellation is only possible until August 5nd, 2026, 23:59 CEST because of the cancellation guidelines from our venues.

* Cancellation after the registration period is only possible if you find a replacement participant. This counts as a name change and can be done until September 17th 2026, 23:59 CET.

• Please note that name changes cannot be guaranteed.
• They are only possible if you find a replacement participant yourself.
• You are fully responsible for identifying and confirming the replacement.
• Any name change request must be submitted exclusively via this form.

* No-accommodation tickets can be cancelled until September 17th, 2026, 23:59 CEST.

* Once your spot has been assigned (you will receive a message from Pretix), you are required to pay for it.

• The spot will not be cancelled automatically if you fail to pay. 
• If you fail to pay for your spot, we reserve the right to ask for a reminder fee and contact your local section about the issue.
• To cancel your spot, you must actively contact ESN Germany before the deadline defined above.
