The Kaiserstuhl is a former volcanic mountain that is now known for its excellent wine-growing conditions. The hike will takes us along the vineyard and up. We would also be able to try some local wine while enjoying a view over the Rhine Graben. In case of bad weather, we will shorten the walk..The route is 10km long and has a 270m difference in altitude. it will take us about 3h.

Students of the University of Freiburg can use the free 7 p.m. ticket for the whole day on Sunday. You can get it on the VAG website and download it into the VAG app.

If you already have a Semesterticket, or the Baden-Württemberg-Ticket Young, or a Regiokarte, you can also join without paying for a ticket.
If you are not a student, you have to get your own ticket.
