Welcome to Freiburg! We would like to invite you to hike with us to the Kaiserstuhl. The Kaiserstuhl is a former volcanic mountain that is now known for its excellent wine-growing conditions. In spring we can see all the flowering plants here and hopefully enjoy a great sunset. The hike takes us from Endingen to Bischoffingen-Jechtingen. In case of bad weather, we will shorten the walk and return to Freiburg from a closer train station. The route is 14km long and has a 300m difference in altitude.
Please bring a sufficient amount of water with you as well as some snacks :)

Students of the University of Freiburg can use the free 7 p.m. ticket for the whole day on Sunday. You can get it on the VAG website and download it into the VAG app.

You need a university login to get the ticket (HisInOne).

If you already have a Semesterticket, or the Baden-Württemberg-Ticket Young, or a Regiokarte, you can also join without paying for a ticket.
If you are not a student, you have to get your own ticket.
