Ice Bathing at Seepark – Join Us if You Dare! 🥶🏊

Swimming in Seepark? With these temperatures? Yes, absolutely! This ESN event is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that you don’t want to miss! What could set your Erasmus in Freiburg apart from other Erasmus locations more than ice bathing? We’re excited to see you all there!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- 🧣 Please come prepared! Bring swimwear, a big towel, warm clothes, and a thermos with a warm drink (like mulled wine) for after the swim.
- 🚫 If you cannot swim, please do not enter the water.
- 🫀 For health reasons, if you have any heart conditions, please prioritize your well-being and do not go swimming.
- 👀 Look out for each other, and if anything seems wrong, call for help immediately.
- 🧊 Don’t show off or put yourself in danger! If you’re new to ice bathing, stay close to the lake's edge and ensure you’re within a safe area where you can stand.
- Ice baths are known for their health benefits, so don’t be afraid to join in!
