It’s that magical time of the year again — days are getting shorter, lights are glowing brighter, and Christmas is just around the corner! 🎅🎁 That can only mean one thing: Weihnachtsmarkt season is here! 🌟

While Frankfurt’s Christmas market will open soon, we’re taking the festive spirit beyond borders — to one of the most iconic Christmas destinations in Europe: Strasbourg, France! 🇫🇷💫

🏰 The beautiful old town of Strasbourg is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the city is also an important EU capital, home to the European Parliament and other major European institutions. Every December, Strasbourg transforms into the “Capital of Christmas”, attracting over 2 million visitors from around the world! 🎁✨

And here’s the best part — we won’t be going alone! 🙌 Together with ESN sections from all over the Southwest of Germany, hundreds of Erasmus students will join us in Strasbourg on that day! 🤩🎓 It’s going to be a truly international experience full of festive vibes, new friendships, and unforgettable memories! 🌍💙

During your free time, you’ll have the chance to explore everything Strasbourg has to offer:
🇪🇺 Visit the European Parliament
🚤 Take a canal cruise through the picturesque old town
🕍 Wander around La Petite France
🍷 Enjoy French treats & mulled wine at the Christmas market
And many other activities you can do there.

To make it even more fun, we’ll have special games & challenges so get ready for some friendly competition! 🔥
