Frankfurt in and of itself is a nice place to be with a lot to see, but many more exciting places are just a short train ride away. This is why we’re taking you to Heidelberg as part of our Welcome Week. Join us on a day trip to this picturesque “typical” old German city located along the Neckar river. The most famous attraction of Heidelberg, of course, is the Heidelberg castle, which you will be able to explore.
From there on, you’ll have free time to roam the city on your own. To give you some inspiration, we’ve prepared a photo rally for you with 13 of the most interesting spots dotted around the baroque old town. For this photo rally, you will join a group of 5-10 students, which makes this trip also a nice opportunity to meet new people!
We will be back in Frankfurt around 8pm.
How much does it cost? 11€
What if you don’t have a Hessen/Student/Semester ticket? The train tickets we will buy are only good for the portion of the way that is in the state of Baden-Württemberg. You will need to buy your own ticket up to Weinheim and back (state border between Hessen and Baden-Württemberg). Don’t hesitate to ask us if you have any questions.
