The highlights include the Würzburg Residence palace, which is a UNESCO site, castle Marienberg and the Old Bridge.

12:21: Arrival in Würzburg
12:40: The Residence Palace, Gardens, and Court Church
14:00: Marktplatz (Market Square)
14:45 - 16:15: Lunch Break (Meeting Point: Marktplatz)
16:20: Market Square and Mary's Chapel (Marienkapelle)
16:35: The Cathedral | Neumünster Church | Schönborn Chapel
17:00: Town Hall and Old Bridge
Having some wine on the bridge is a favourite pastime in Würzburg.
Going up to the castle isn't part of the itinerary since the scenic path is closed.


Whether we go back to Frankfurt or stay a bit longer at a cafe / pub will be spontaneously decided on the day of the trip.
