To celebrate Christmas and the end of the year, we are inviting you to our Winter Ball! 🎄❄️
On Friday, 16th of December, join us in Saalbau Titus Forum at 6pm!

Catering, drinks, dance..., we're preparing for you a full program! 🥘🥂🎤

We would also like to include you in this program, so if you want to participate during the evening, maybe together with some friends, presenting something from your country and culture, reach out to us!

As it's a ball, of course there will be dancing, we would recommend you to find a dance partner 😉💃🕺

The ball is in a fancy location, therefore we have a dresscode for the evening.

Dresscode: Elegant 👗👔

Female: Dress would be perfect , but not necessarily. Just avoid T-Shirts or jeans , everything else that suits a Ball is fine💃🏼

Male: A suit would be perfect, but not necessarily. A shirt is necessary and please avoid Jeans🤵

We’ll offer you a three course Menu☺️

We’ll offer you to choose beforehand between vegetarian, chicken and beef ☺️
Any allergies? Please tell us ‼️

Since it’s a Dance Ball we’ll seat you in a banquet system.

For that we will have another registration form shortly before the ball.
So you can tell us with who you want to sit at a table 🍽

Everyone or every group who wants to participate with something in the evening will get some money back after the evening 🎭💸

Just tell us before what you plan to show or to do at the night , so we can include it in the evening Programme.

There will also be some awards given away to Erasmus Students.
You can vote on the nominated Erasmus students at the Night.
For example: Erasmi of the Year or Party Animal

Of course there is the possibility to have some dances , either with your
dance partner , alone or with someone you found in the night 🕺🏽💃🏼

We’ll try to have a Dance Lesson event before the ball 😌
