Join us this Sunday, the 28th of July, as we drink and explore the town of Bacchus.

Wander through cobbled streets lined with timber-frame houses, quaint taverns adorned with colourful flower pots and grand merchant houses that once flourished along the Rhine.

Sights of particular interest:
* The Gothic Peter’s Church
* The Chapel of Werner
* Stahleck Castle
* Towers & Remnants of the Old Fortifications

While strolling through Bacharach, we’ll sample three wines and one sparkling wine handpicked from a local winemaker, which we will pick up as soon as we arrive. The selection is meant to give you a good introduction to the variety of wines in this region.

Please bring enough cash with you, which is €11 if you include the €3 deposit for a glass.


You are also welcome to join even if you don't want to drink.

Note that lunch arrangements are not included in the itinerary. I suggest packing lunch with you as well as snacks that go well with wine.
