Temperatures are rising and the days are getting longer and longer. This can only mean one thing: The ESN Darmstadt Midsommar SitSit is coming! 🥳

What's a SitSit you ask?! A SitSit is a typical Finnish academic dinner party, led by distinguished song masters that involves long tables, a three course dinner, a selection of curated drinks, some games and activities and a lot of singing. 🎶 SitSits usually also have a motto and this time everything revolves around Midsommar - the longest day of the year celebrated in the nordic countries! 🇸🇪🇳🇴🇫🇮 So prepare your flower crowns and practice your folk dancing to join us for this unique evening. The dresscode is: Midsommar - light colors and flowers! 🌻🌼

We'll start at 19:30 in front of Hochschulgruppenhaus (HGH) with a welcome drink before we take our seats at the tables. The entry fee includes:
- 3 drinks + 2 shots (non-alcoholic option available)
- a three course meal (vegetarian and vegan options available)
- a songbook with the best selection of typical SitSit songs, English and German drinking songs and pop and rock classics.

A commemorative patch (haalarimerkki) can be additionally purchased at the event. Tickets can be canceled until 14 days before the event at a cancellation fee of 1€.
The event is planned to be held outside so bring clothing according to the weather. In case of bad weather we can relocate inside.
