ESN goes to Mainz ☀️

Join Us for an Amazing Day in Mainz to kick start June! 🚆
Come and explore one of the most beautiful cities in the region! Together, we’ll take a train to Mainz, a charming city with a stunning Old Town, breathtaking Mainz Cathedral, and the iconic St. Stephan’s Church, home to mesmerizing Chagall stained-glass windows.
Located right on the Rhine riverfront, Mainz offers plenty of scenic spots to relax, and you might even get to see where the Main River meets the Rhine!
To make the most of our trip, we’ll join a guided city tour by ESN Mainz, giving us a fantastic overview of the city's rich history, culture, and hidden gems.

🌿 Picnic & Wine Fest Fun! 🍷 In between our city tour, we’ll unwind with a picnic in a scenic spot, enjoying delicious snacks and great company, so don't forget to bring some snacks and drinks to share. And what better way to end our visit to Mainz than by joining a local wine festival!
The trip is open-ended, so everyone can decide for themselves when they would like to come back to Darmstadt :)

Important: In case of rain, the tour may be cancelled. Also, please remember to bring a drink and a snack for the picnic. Bring some cash for the wine fest later!
If you do not have a semester ticket or Deutschland ticket, please note that you must buy your own ticket. ESN will not fund any travel expenses.
