ESN goes (Ice) Bathing 🥶 (15.02, 13:00)
Do you need a refreshment from all the studying? Do you want to do something a bit crazy (But good for your health)? Join is for our Ice Bathing! We will meet at Grube Prinz von Hessen, a swimming lake outside Darmstadt, to have a refreshing dip/swim in the lake.
You can take the FM bus from the city that arrives perfectly at 12:59 or a bike. Don't miss the bus, as they only go every hour. We will have a
refreshing swim or dip in the water (depends on you :D).
For the lake, please bring a towel and swimming clothes. Wearing something that you can put on fast again is recommended, since it gets cold quite quickly. You can also bring some tea to stay warm. Please consider, that swimming in the cold lake buts quite some stress on your body. Please only join if you feel you are up to that and are not sick. For safety reasons it's only possible to join this event if you are able to swim!
