ESN goes Hiking 🏰

Join us for a hike in the Bergstrasse region, renowned throughout Germany for its vineyards, rolling green hills dotted with parks and castles, and its exceptionally mild climate 🍇🏰

We will meet at 11:15 a.m. at Darmstadt Hbf. The train (RB68 towards Heidelberg) departs at 11:30 a.m., and it is free with the Deutschlandsemester Ticket or the D-Ticket. We will get off at Bensheim-Auerbach.

The hike is an 11.4 km loop with approximately 400 meters of elevation gain. Along the way, we will pass several iconic landmarks of the region, including Auerbach Castle and the Fürstenlager Park.

Please make sure to bring enough water and food. Breaks will be scheduled for eating 🥾🥪
