WHAT IS A RUNNING DINNER?

A Running Dinner is a social event where you and your partner host one course of a 3-course dinner at your place while moving to different locations for the other courses. Each stop brings you to a new group of 6 people (including the hosting team). This means you’ll get to taste different dishes, meet new people at every stop, and explore the city!

HOW DOES IT WORK? (Read this carefully!)

1️⃣ Find ONE partner to host a course of dinner with. You can ONLY have one partner! Both of you must register individually and indicate each other’s names in the registration form. No partner? No problem! We’ll match you with someone.

2️⃣ Each team must have a location to host one course. This means:
You must provide a correct address during registration.
The place must have a kitchen to prepare food and it should be within city limits.
There must be enough space for a group of 6 people (including you and your partner). ❗ If you do not provide a valid address, you CANNOT participate!

3️⃣ A few days before the event, you will receive your schedule. This tells you where to go, who you will meet, and when to host.

4️⃣ We will assign a course (Appetizer/Main course/Dessert) to your team. You and your partner must decide on a dish according to the course assigned to you and prepare it for your guests. We will inform you in advance if there are any dietary restrictions which should be considered.

5️⃣ On the event night, you will visit different locations, meet new teams, and taste the dishes they prepare! 🥘😋 Each stop will have 6 people, including the hosting team. We will meet up at Krone afterwards so you can meet all participants!

Regarding the payment:
You will pay 5€ (out of which 4€ is a deposit) for the registration. The deposit of 4€ will be refunded within the next few days after you have attended the event. Also, you will have to pay for your own groceries.

This event only works if everyone follows the rules! If you do not register properly, do not provide an address, or do not read the instructions carefully, you will not be able to participate!

Please note that you won't get your money back if you cancel after the 29th of April. If you cancel before, you will get 4€ back due to a cancellation fee.

Please do not register for the event if you don't know you will attend the event or not, because it takes away the chance from the people who are genuinely interested. Also, if you know you won't be able to attend the event, please timely cancel your registration. If you register for an event and don't show up, it will affect your future participation in our events.
