We've invited a trainer who knows all about it and has everything from absolute beginner exercises to advanced techniques.
Tired of the sport afterwards, fancy a break? No problem, because we offer a relaxed get-together with snacks and games straight afterwards.

Sport und Chillen im Bürgerpark: Hast du Lust, dich an der frischen Luft sportlich zu betätigen? Hast du dich schon immer gefragt, wozu genau die Sportgeräte im Park da sind und was man damit machen kann? Wir haben einen Trainer eingeladen, der sich damit auskennt und von absoluten Anfängerübungen bis zu fortgeschrittenen Techniken alles dabeihat.
Keine Lust mehr auf den Sport und eine Pause? Kein Problem, denn wir bieten direkt im Anschluss ein gemütliches Beisammensein mit Snacks und Spielen an.
